With a view of further supporting the development of people’s artistic crafts and applied art, ensuring the favorable conditions to attract the broad layers of population, including the youth to the sphere of people’s creativity:

1. It shall be extended until April 1, 2012 the expiration term of the tax benefit on payment of a fixed tax by persons engaged in individual labor on home-stay production of goods of artistic crafts and applied art envisaged by clause 1 of the Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 1, 2008 No.UP-3983 “On additional measures to promote development of people’s artistic crafts and applied art”, for the individual entrepreneurs participating in the “Khunarmand” Association.

2. The “Khunarmand” Association along with the State tax committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month’s time shall clarify the list of persons engaged in individual labor on home-stay production of goods of artistic crafts and applied art, the members of the “Khunarmand” Association, whom the tax benefit applies to, as envisaged by the current Decree.

3. The State tax committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall ensure a strict control over correct application of the aforementioned tax benefit.

4. The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S. Azimov shall be entrusted with responsibility to control over execution of this Decree.
