In commemoration of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the World War II, paying a due homage and expressing appreciation to heroism and selflessness of the participants and disabled of war:

1. The participants and disabled of the World War II shall be awarded the jubilee medal “65 years to Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945”.

2. It shall be designated the non-recurrent money award to persons as listed in the clause 1 of the current Decree in the amount of 200 000 (two hundred thousand) soum.

3. The awarding of the jubilee medal “65 years to Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945” and money award shall be held in a solemn state on behalf of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan by minister of defense, chairman of the National Security Service, minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, chairman of Jokarghy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokims of provinces, cities and districts with participation of subdivisions for defense affairs at the local levels, councils of war and labor veterans.

4. The expenses related to implementation of this Decree shall be born at the expense of the Republican budget.

5. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall in a two-week’s time designate the procedure of organizing the awarding the jubilee medals and money awards, ensure in an established manner the making of jubilee medals and certificate forms attached to them.

7. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev shall be entrusted with responsibility to control over execution of this Decree.
