In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the general military duty and military service”:

1. The citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan of military age who are not eligible for a deferment of military service shall be conscripted for an active military service in February-March 2009.

The citizens fit for an active military service and not eligible for a deferment and exemption from it but not conscripted into the Armed Forces during this conscription shall be transferred to a mobilization conscript reserve.

2. The citizens who have served the set terms of the active military service, as well as an exception – the citizens who have been conscripted for an active military service in the autumn of 2008, shall be dismissed in March-April 2009 to the reserve of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoev and Secretary of the National Security Council at the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan M.Ataev shall be entrusted the task of controlling the execution of this Resolution.
