Traditional festival of children's fashion "Bolajonlar – shirintoylar"
was held at the National Arts Centre together with the Fund "Forum of
Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan" and the Association of designers and
stylists of Uzbekistan "Osiyo Ramzi".
Within the framework of the second “Golden Guepard” Tashkent international film forum a scientific conference on “Contemporary film: space, time, spirit” has been held, in which art critics, experts, directors, foreign specialists took part.
Opening of the Days of Thailand in Uzbekistan was held at Tashkent House
of Photography. It was attended by the representatives of several
ministries and departments, public organizations, diplomatic corps
accredited in our country, scientists and art historians.
The Central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan in
connection with the International Day of Museums – May 18 have organized
the exhibition on the theme of “Our Heritage. Masters of Arts of
Uzbekistan.”

Exhibition of Romanian photo-artist Teodor Radu Pantea’s works was
organized in cooperation with Academy of Arts and embassy of Romania in
the Tashkent House of Photography.

The concert program with the participation of German opera conductor
David Koulman and pupil of the Republican Specialized Musical Academic
Lyceum named after Victor Uspenskiy Laylo Rikhsiyeva and the National
symphonic orchestra collective of Uzbekistan was presented at the State
Conservatory of Uzbekistan.
The international festival Theatre.UZ/2011, held as part of Art Week
Style.Uz, completed in Tashkent. It was organized by the Ministry of
Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan, Uzbektheater association, Fund “Forum
of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan” and the Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan.
