Uzbekistan with deep concern and alarm perceived the attack of the Israeli Navy on the international humanitarian convoy of ships on its route to the Gaza Strip.

Condemning this tragic incident, which brought about human losses, the Uzbek Side hopes for a soonest solution of the situation in terms of raising the blockade of the Gaza Strip on the part of Israel and calls on to implement in full the relevant Resolutions of the United Nations Security Council.

Uzbekistan considers it necessary to prevent the growth of tension and escalation of violence, which may have the unpredictable consequences.
