His Excellency
Mr. Islam Karimov,
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
I congratulate you with coming New Year 2012!
The passing 20 years was marked by progressive development of Russian-Uzbek relations, based on firm traditions of friendship and mutual respect between our peoples. A significant factor in further strengthening the strategic partnership – the consistent implementation of the agreements reached on the basis of our high-level talks in Tashkent in June this year.
I hope that the multi-dimensional agenda for cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan, both bilaterally and in multilateral integration cooperation, will continue to suck the new concrete initiatives for the benefit of our countries, for peace and security in Central Asia.
I wish you, dear Islam Karimov good health and prosperity, stability and prosperity to all citizens of Uzbekistan.
All the best to you and your family.
