Sergeants training schools have become fundamentally new educational establishments and play an important role in educating experienced officers in the Army Forces. In particular, at the sergeant training school of the Southwest special military district a great attention is paid to the organization of teaching methods and educational work, the development of training programs, strengthening of military discipline.

A great deal of work in preparing young men serving on a contract basis and have a high physical and intellectual training, the duties of junior officers, to increase knowledge and skills of personnel has been carried out at the establishment.
